Quality control

Quality is thoroughly controlled at any step of the manufacturing process of the Protectio products in accordance to a veray strict quality charter applied by our industrials partners :
- Quality control on the production line,
- Control on samples picked on each production line, before packaging.

Our quality charter encloses 12 relative control points such as :
- The quality of the zips (opening/closure/ tearing resistance norm NF G 92006)
- The quality of the seams (3 finishing-off stitch, thread quality, stitching resistance)
- The quality of the fabrics (respect of the specifications of each product, resistance to abrasion of the material norm EN ISO 12947-2).

Coming from the French fine leather craft, PROTECTIO pay a very strong attention to the quality of the making of every simple product.
